> Workspaces are here, plus file sharing in chat, new web research tools, chat filters, and editable scheduled tasks.

## 🆕 Workspaces: your team and your AI workers in one place

**Invite colleagues, share workers, and manage billing and usage together.**

A workspace brings your people, AI workers, teams, billing, and Work Credits into one shared space. Invite colleagues by email or with an invite link, and give each person the role that fits: Admin, User, User Lite, or Guest. Admins can also turn on **Join by email domain** so colleagues with a confirmed company email can join on their own.

New workers are open to the whole workspace by default, so members can reach them without being added to a team. Keep a worker **Private** when only certain people should use it. Add as many members as you need with no per-seat charge, and if you belong to more than one workspace, switch between them without creating another account.

## 🆕 Share files in chat and worker replies

**Send a file on its own, or have a worker share a file it has already saved.**

Attachments now upload while you compose a chat message, so an unsupported file can be flagged before you send. You can send a file without adding text, and workers can attach a saved file from their library directly to a reply.

## 🆕 More ways for workers to research the web

**Give your workers more options when a page is hard to read or a question calls for local or advertising research.**

Workers can use new web research tools to read pages that need a browser, look up places on Google Maps, and research ads on Meta and Google. These tools give workers another route to information when a standard page read is not enough.

## 🆕 Find the chats that need your attention

**Narrow your chat list without losing track of the conversation you need.**

Filter chats by unread or waiting-for-your-input status, and by where they started, such as chat, calls, email, or messaging channels. The filters work together, so you can focus on a specific kind of conversation that needs attention.

## 🆕 Edit a worker's scheduled tasks

**Change a scheduled task without deleting it and starting over.**

Open a task in your worker's Tasks panel to update its instructions or timing. The schedule now uses the task's own time zone, helping you see when recurring work is set to run.

## ✨ Also This Week:

* **Keep important conversations and workers close** – Pin web chats in your chat list and favorite workers for quick access from the sidebar.
* **Open notification links reliably** – Links in worker notifications and the return from billing now lead to the right page.
* **Keep worker-to-worker messages moving** – Workers using connected email addresses or WhatsApp Business numbers are recognized as workers, rather than strangers, when they contact another worker.
* **Move workers without disrupting scheduled jobs** – Scheduled tasks now stay in sync after a worker changes owner.
* **Open the candidate you chose** – A named hire link now opens the intended worker candidate instead of falling back to the general picker.
