August brought real-time control over running workers, granular read-only controls for your connected tools, and a keyboard-friendly palette to jump back into past conversations.

### Live Chat Worker Run Steering — Take control and collaborate mid-flight

**Redirect in-flight worker responses instantaneously and share live worker runs with teammates or external guests.**

When a worker starts generating a response, click "Send now" on your queued follow-up to interrupt execution and steer the output with fresh instructions without losing chat context. You can also share direct links to active worker runs so anyone can jump in and guide the conversation.

*Try: Click "Send now" while a worker is replying to steer its focus instantly.*

### Granular Tool Access Controls — Decide what each connection can touch

**Choose between Read-only and Full access for every tool connection in your workspace.**

Keep sensitive accounts like Gmail and Outlook safe by restricting workers to search and lookup privileges while preventing any accidental edits or outgoing messages. Read-only permissions are preselected for new integrations, and clear badges warn you if changing settings affects shared workers.

*Try: Switch an email connection to Read-only in Account Settings to let workers search messages safely.*

### Redesigned History Palette — Keyboard-fast conversation search and navigation

**Open your complete chat history from anywhere using Cmd/Ctrl+H or the in-chat history button.**

Browse recent threads, search by keyword, filter by starting point, or archive older chats directly inside a lightweight command palette that keeps you focused on your work.

*Try: Press Cmd+H to search for a topic discussed earlier this month and resume the thread instantly.*
