July brought a more reliable way to reach your workers on WhatsApp, search that finds anything in your conversation history, and new worker roles that hit the ground running.

## 🆕 What's New

### A New Official WhatsApp Number — More reliable, every message

**Spinnable now runs on a dedicated WhatsApp Business number, replacing the previous platform numbers.**

We moved to an official Business setup to make that connection more robust and resilient. Your workers, conversations, and commands stay exactly the same — if you message an old number, you'll be sent the new one automatically.

*Try: In the Spinnable app, ask your worker to message you on WhatsApp, then save the number when it comes through.*

### Search Your Conversation History — Find it, jump right back in

**Type a topic, project, or keyword and Spinnable finds every relevant message across all your conversations.**

Filter results by project, click any match, and you land exactly where you left off — whether you're tracking down a specific instruction or resuming a thread from weeks ago.

### New Role Templates — Workers that arrive knowing the job

**Four new worker roles launch with the skills already built in: Strategic Advisor, Personal Trainer, HR Manager, and Financial Manager.**

Think of it like hiring a university graduate — they know the discipline, they just need to learn your business. If you handle receipts and expenses, the Financial Operations Manager (a well-established user favourite) is worth a look too.

## 🌴 August Idea

If you're heading away this summer, it's worth asking a worker to research and compare options, then draft an itinerary before you leave. Gil, one of Spinnable's founders, does this for larger trips — his assistant Tariq emails for proposals, compares the options, and puts together a full plan. Several recent team trips have come together this way. It's also a good moment to hand off routine tasks — briefings, summaries, inbox triage — so you can actually switch off.
