## What Your Workers Can Do

Workers can check metrics, search logs, inspect monitors and summarize incidents in connected Datadog organizations.

## Authentication

**Type:** API key and application key

Connect Datadog under **Settings > Tools**, provide the API and application keys, and select the site matching your Datadog organization (**US** or **EU**). Then grant the connection to the worker under its **Tools** settings. Use keys with only the permissions the worker needs.
