Gmail (send only)
Sends emails and manages drafts.Gmail is split into two separate tools: Gmail (send only) for sending emails, and Gmail (read only) for reading your inbox. You can grant one or both to your workers.
What Your Workers Can Do
With Gmail (send only), your workers can send emails on your behalf, create drafts, and manage outgoing messages. They will only send emails when you explicitly ask them to—not automatically. Popular use cases:- Send emails to clients or team members on your behalf
- Draft responses for you to review before sending
- Forward important messages
- Reply to email threads
