Outlook Calendar

Manages events and meetings in Outlook Calendar.
Outlook is split into three separate tools: Outlook Calendar for scheduling, Outlook (send only) for sending emails, and Outlook (read only) for reading your inbox. You can grant one, two, or all three to your workers.

What Your Workers Can Do

Workers can manage your Outlook calendar: check availability, create events, reschedule meetings, coordinate with attendees, and integrate with Microsoft Teams. Popular use cases:
  • Schedule meetings based on availability
  • Reschedule conflicts automatically
  • Add Teams meeting links to events
  • Send calendar invites to attendees
  • Block time for focused work
  • Create recurring events
