Outlook (send only)

Sends emails and manages drafts via Outlook.
Outlook is split into three separate tools: Outlook (send only) for sending emails, Outlook (read only) for reading your inbox, and Outlook Calendar for scheduling. You can grant one, two, or all three to your workers.

What Your Workers Can Do

With Outlook (send only), your workers can send emails on your behalf, create drafts, and manage outgoing messages from your Outlook/Microsoft 365 account. Popular use cases:
  • Send emails to clients or team members on your behalf
  • Draft responses for you to review before sending
  • Forward important messages
  • Reply to email threads
  • Coordinate with Microsoft Teams

Authentication

Type: OAuth 2.0 Sign in with your Microsoft account—Spinnable receives a secure access token.

Important Notes

Workers only send when explicitly requested: The system is configured so workers will only send emails from your Outlook account when you specifically tell them to.
Signatures & Disclosure Footers: By default, outgoing worker emails include a Spinnable signature card with an AI worker disclosure footer. To turn off the default email signature and disclosure footer, see Managing the Default Email Signature.
