🆕 Automation Settings for Workers

Fine-tune how your workers think and stay in touch — right from the settings panel. Admins can now toggle two important worker behaviors directly from the worker settings: Heartbeat (whether the worker proactively checks in on open conversations) and Memory Curation (whether the worker actively refines and organizes what it remembers over time). These controls were previously only adjustable behind the scenes — now they’re surfaced in a dedicated Automation card, visible to account admins.

🆕 Rock-Solid Chat Streaming

Your conversations with workers just became dramatically more reliable. We completely overhauled how messages stream in real time. Reloading the page, switching tabs, or resuming a session after a pause no longer causes duplicate messages, lost conversation URLs, or stuck “working” spinners. The Stop button now reliably cancels the right run the moment you press it, failed sends are clearly labeled so you know when a message didn’t get through, and the unread badge tracks accurately across all your devices.

✨ Also This Week:

  • Smarter Channel Awareness – Workers in mixed-channel conversations (e.g. a thread that started over email and continued on WhatsApp) now correctly identify which channel each message came from, so replies always land in the right place
  • Heartbeat Accuracy – Workers that already acted — sending a Slack message, firing off an email, running a tool — no longer send unnecessary follow-up nudges. The heartbeat system can now see tool activity and knows when work is genuinely done
  • Reliable Complex Tasks – Workers running heavy multi-step reasoning tasks no longer stall silently when the AI hits its token limit. You’ll now see a clear failure message instead of an indefinite wait
  • Slack Reply Isolation – When a worker sends a proactive Slack DM to an external contact, that contact’s replies now open in their own isolated conversation — they no longer route into the original internal session
  • Vault Security Hardening – A security issue where vault secret values could surface in the sandbox activity stream for manager-tier users has been resolved. All sandbox outputs are now always scrubbed of secrets regardless of permission level
