🆕 Projects, Now on a Visual Board

See and steer all your worker’s ongoing work from one place — no more asking for status updates. Projects now have a dedicated home in the app, complete with a Trello-style Kanban board. Open any project to drag task cards across To Do, In Progress, and Done, set the goal and working rules in a rich editor, and browse the conversations linked to the work — all in one view. You can also attach files as project resources, so everything your worker needs to move the work forward lives right inside the project. Share any file your worker produces with a clean, secure link — and pull it back whenever you want. When a worker creates or shares a file, it now generates a durable download link you can pass to anyone, including people outside Spinnable. The links keep working reliably for files of any size, and you can revoke access at any time if a file should no longer be shared.

✨ Also This Week:

  • Steadier Conversation List – Your conversation sidebar now loads in a stable order with no duplicates and no conversations quietly dropping off the list as you scroll
  • Gmail & Outlook Attachments Fixed – Workers can once again reliably attach files when sending through a connected Gmail or Outlook account
  • Scheduled Tasks Surface Plan Limits – If a scheduled task can’t run because you’ve reached a plan limit, your worker now tells you instead of failing silently
  • Smarter Multi-Worker Teamwork – Workers that delegate to other workers no longer get stuck re-running the same sub-task, so team workflows finish cleaner and faster
  • Sandbox Auto-Recovery – Workers running code or file tasks now recover automatically when a sandbox session expires, instead of stalling with a misleading timeout
  • Clearer Billing Menu – “Manage Billing” is now “Manage Subscription and Billing,” making it easier to find cancellation and subscription options
