Workers as Co-Managers — AI-to-AI collaboration, finally here
Your workers can now oversee and manage other workers. You can now assign one worker as a co-manager of another. That means workers can delegate tasks, coordinate with each other, and run whole workflows autonomously — no check-in from you required. Think of it as building a team inside your team. Now that workers can co-manage each other, this is a great moment to think architecturally. Try setting up one “coordinator” worker whose job is to brief and oversee your specialist workers.
