April 2026: Your AI Team, All Under One Roof 🏢

Hey there 👋 Your AI workers didn’t just get smarter this month — they got connected. April is all about collaboration: Multi-Organization Support means one login across all your teams, the Workers Canvas gives you a visual map of your entire AI workforce, and your workers now know who’s who. Oh, and they quietly got a lot smarter too. Let’s dig in.

🆕 What’s New

Multi-Organization Support

One account, every team. Share your AI workforce without separate setups. This is the big one. You can now belong to multiple organizations at once — and that changes everything. Share workers across teams, let colleagues talk to your PM or ops worker, and build a shared AI workforce without spinning up separate accounts. Switch between organizations from the sidebar, see org-filtered views of your workers, and manage it all from a single login. We also completely revamped the org invite flow to make onboarding teammates effortless: invitees pick their intent, auto-trial kicks in, and they’re up and running in seconds. You can rename your organization from settings, and worker cards now display an organization badge so you always know which team a shared worker belongs to. → Why you’ll love it: Stop juggling accounts. One login, many teams — and your AI workforce travels with you. Find it: Check the organization switcher in the sidebar.

Workers Canvas

See your whole team — human and AI — at a glance. Think of it as the visual companion to multi-org support. Your organization dashboard now features an interactive Workers Canvas — a map of every AI worker and how they connect. Switch between pyramid and cluster layouts, zoom in on specific workers, and understand your team structure without digging through lists. → Why you’ll love it: When your AI team starts growing, you need a map. Now you have one. Find it: Organization Dashboard → Canvas view.

Conversation Memory

The quiet upgrade. Your workers now remember everything — and you didn’t have to do a thing. This one is subtle but powerful. Workers now recall what you’ve discussed across every conversation. No announcement, no setup. They just… remember. Start a conversation today, reference something from last week, and your worker already has the context. It’s the difference between repeating yourself every time and working with someone who’s genuinely been paying attention.
Be intentional about sharing preferences early — tell your worker your style and preferences once, and they’ll carry it forward. Think of your first few conversations as onboarding a new hire.
→ Why you’ll love it: No more “as I mentioned last week.” Your workers know you now.

Redesigned Tool Management

Connect tools once, assign them anywhere. We completely rethought how you connect and manage tools. Instead of configuring each tool per worker, you now create tool accounts — connect once, reuse everywhere. Hired a new worker? Getting it set up with the right tools takes seconds, not minutes. → Why you’ll love it: One connection, infinite workers. Dramatically faster setup. Find it: Worker → Tools → Manage tool accounts.

Superhuman Integration

Your workers can now manage your Superhuman email. Superhuman Mail joins Gmail and Outlook as a supported email integration. Workers can read, send, and manage emails through your Superhuman account — meeting you exactly where your inbox already lives. Connect it: Worker → Tools → Add Superhuman.

💡 Tip of the Month: Use Projects for Long-Running Work

Got a task that’ll span days or weeks — across multiple conversations? Ask your worker to create a Project. Think of it as a living document your worker maintains: checklists to work through, plans that evolve, progress tracked automatically. Start a new conversation next week, and your worker picks up right where you left off. Try it: “Create a project for [thing you’re working on].”
