February 2026: The Doors Are Open 🚪

Happy end of February! This month, we made the biggest move in Spinnable’s history — we opened the doors to everyone. No more waitlist. But that’s just the headline. We also shipped webhooks, gave your workers a serious brain upgrade, and added a vault for your secrets. February was packed. Let’s get into it.

🆕 What’s New

Open Signup & New Onboarding

Spinnable is now open to everyone — no waitlist, no waiting. This is the big one. Anyone can now sign up, pick their first worker, and start a 15-day free trial in minutes. We redesigned the entire onboarding flow from scratch — it collects just enough context to get you started, and it’s now available in 10 languages. → Why you’ll love it: Got a friend or colleague who keeps asking about Spinnable? Send them to app.spinnable.ai. They’ll be up and running before their coffee gets cold. Find it: app.spinnable.ai — just sign up!

Webhooks & Unified Tasks

Your workers now respond to external events — automatically. Set up webhook endpoints and your workers will take action when things happen in other systems. A new form submission? A Stripe payment? A GitHub push? Your worker handles it. Plus, we’ve merged scheduled tasks and webhooks into one clean “Tasks” section — all your automation, one place. → Why you’ll love it: This is the “set it and forget it” upgrade. Your workers just became event-driven. Find it: Any worker → Tasks → Create Webhook

Structured Memory System

Your workers got a brain upgrade. Workers now organize their knowledge into three distinct stores: User Memory (your preferences and personal details), Entity Memory (companies, people, projects they learn about), and Learned Knowledge (domain expertise and workflows). The result? Smarter recall, fewer “didn’t I already tell you this?” moments, and workers that genuinely get better over time. → Why you’ll love it: Think of it like training a new hire — except they never forget what you taught them, and they organize their notes automatically. Find it: Any worker → Knowledge section

Worker Vault

Your secrets, locked down. Each worker now has an encrypted vault for sensitive credentials — API keys, tokens, passwords. Workers access them securely during code execution, and they never appear in conversation logs. Think of it as a secure keychain that only your worker can use, and only when they need it. → Why you’ll love it: No more pasting API keys into chat messages. Your secrets stay secret. Find it: Any worker → Vault section

Artifacts Panel

Preview what your worker built — without downloading anything. Workers can now render HTML pages, PDFs, and CSV data right inside the chat. Asked your worker to build a report? A landing page mockup? See it instantly, give feedback, iterate — all without leaving the conversation. → Why you’ll love it: “Show me what you’ve got” → instant inline preview. Faster feedback, fewer downloads. Find it: Just ask your worker to create something — the preview appears automatically in chat.

💡 Tip of the Month

Start With One Webhook — Then Build From There Webhooks are powerful, but don’t overthink your first one. Pick the one external event that always triggers work for you — a new lead, a support ticket, a form submission — and set up a webhook for it. Here’s how: Go to your worker → TasksCreate Webhook. Name it, write clear instructions for what your worker should do when triggered, and paste the webhook URL into your external tool. Start small. One webhook. Once you see it in action, you’ll wonder how you ever worked without it.

March is shaping up nicely. Here’s a taste of what’s brewing:
  • Deeper team collaboration — We’re exploring ways for workers to work together, not just side by side
  • More integrations — Your most-requested tools are on the list
  • Onboarding improvements — Making the first-week experience even smoother for new users
