πŸ†• Move workers between workspaces

Give a worker a new home without hiring them again. Workspace Owners and Admins can move a worker from Settings β†’ Workspace β†’ Workers to another workspace where they can hire workers. Before confirming, the move preview shows who will lose access and which connected tools stay or need reconnecting. If a moving account has the same name as one in the destination, it gets a new name instead of blocking the move.

πŸ†• Pay for your plan before your trial ends

Keep working when you’re ready to switch from a trial to a paid plan. On the plan page, you can review the cost of your current trial plan or a different configuration and choose to end the trial and pay now. If you need to add a card first, the page guides you through it; you can also add a card from Billing β†’ Payment and invoices. The review shows when the trial ends and what you will pay before you confirm.

✨ Also This Week:

  • Conversations stay with the right people – Workers no longer expose other people’s conversations to outside contacts, and the workspace overview shows waiting chats from the selected workspace only.
  • Connected tools recover more clearly – When a connected account is no longer available, a worker stops trying to use it and the person responsible receives a reconnect notice; tool connections also return to the page where they began, including across browser tabs.
  • Files are more useful to workers – Workers can see images they read from their file library and upload saved files to Google Drive instead of getting stuck on a file-staging error.
  • Gmail sends are handled more carefully – After an uncertain send result, workers check rather than blindly retrying and risking a duplicate email.
  • Long tasks and replies finish more smoothly – More involved worker tasks have room to complete, and chat replies finish without waiting for the session-memory update.
  • Scheduled tasks use the right identity – New tasks run as the person who wrote them, rather than automatically running with the worker manager’s access.
