🆕 Edit your worker’s email signature
Make your worker’s emails sound and look like your team. If you manage a worker, open the worker’s settings, go to Security and privacy, and select Edit signature to change the signature that goes out on its emails. You can preview your changes as you go, and select Reset to default any time to get the standard signature back. The Email signature switch needs to be on for this.🆕 Share bigger files in chat
Bring the whole document, not just a piece of it. You can now attach up to 20 files to a single chat message, each up to 100 MB. Attach them in the message box when you chat with your worker.🆕 Connect tools straight from a conversation
Ask for a tool, tap a link, and carry on chatting. If you manage a worker, it can now send you a secure link, for example on WhatsApp, to connect a tool without opening settings first. The link expires after a short time. Once you approve, the page confirms the connection and you head back to your chat.🆕 Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint get a new connection
Microsoft tools now connect through Spinnable’s own Microsoft app. Outlook mail and calendar now come together in one Outlook tool, and OneDrive and SharePoint have updated versions. Your existing connections keep working for now; when you’re ready, look for the Deprecated label on the old ones in your Tools and select Move to Outlook, Move to OneDrive or Move to SharePoint to reconnect through the new version. New connections use the new tools.✨ Also This Week:
