Bring a worker to your next meeting

Your worker can join Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams calls in one of two ways:
  • As a note taker: your worker listens quietly, takes notes, and keeps the transcript. When the meeting ends, it’s ready to handle follow-ups, action items, or whatever comes next.
  • As a participant: your worker joins the conversation live, so you can ask questions and talk things through together.
Getting started is simple: send your worker the meeting link and ask it to join as a note taker or a participant.
