We’ve launched a new official WhatsApp Business number for Spinnable, replacing the previous platform numbers. The new number provides a more reliable and resilient WhatsApp experience: it runs on the WhatsApp Business platform, which means better delivery, improved stability, and an official verified presence. Your interaction experience stays exactly the same — same workers, same conversations, same commands. If you message one of the old Spinnable numbers, you’ll automatically receive the new number. - Clearer worker communication – Workers now default to plain, direct language: lead with the answer, active voice, no filler. Replies are easier to skim and faster to act on.
- Faster response start – Workers begin streaming their reply sooner on straightforward requests, so you see the first words faster instead of waiting for pre-processing to finish.
- Outlook email browsing captures every message – When workers scan your Outlook inbox, they now automatically follow pagination — no more silently missing emails beyond the first page.
- Organization directory — clearer job titles – Member job titles in the organization directory are now displayed more clearly, making it easier to see who does what across your team.
- Faster hire confirmation – When browsing candidates in HireFlow, the suggested worker email is fetched as soon as you click a candidate — so it’s usually ready by the time you reach the confirmation step.
- Organization invitations working again – Accepting and declining team invitations was broken in some cases. Both flows are now reliable.
- Ghost tool restored – The Ghost CMS integration was accidentally removed last week. It’s back and fully functional.
- Image editing — HEIC/MPO photos now supported – Reference images in HEIC or MPO format (common on iPhones) no longer cause image edit requests to fail.
- Files survive model switches – Documents previously shared with a worker now carry over correctly if the conversation is picked up on a later date, instead of causing an error.
- Slack completion marker fixed – Workers that reply via Slack now correctly show the ✓ checkmark when a task finishes.
