🆕 Set credit limits for each worker and member

Keep spending predictable, one worker at a time. Workspace Owners and Admins can now cap how many credits a single worker, or all of one member’s workers, can use each billing period. Go to Settings > Workspace > Usage limits to see what each one has used this period and set a limit. When a worker reaches its limit, it stops working until the limit is raised or removed. Owners, Admins and the worker’s manager (or the member whose limit was reached) get an email, and anyone chatting with the worker sees why.

🆕 Recurring tasks pause when they keep failing

No more runs quietly failing in the background. If a recurring task fails or is blocked three runs in a row, Spinnable pauses it and emails the worker’s manager with the reason. Once you’ve fixed what was getting in the way, turn it back on with the Active switch in your worker’s Tasks, or simply ask your worker.

🆕 See your words as you dictate

Talk naturally and watch your message take shape. When you select Dictate in the chat box, your words now appear while you speak instead of after you stop. For workspaces set to run AI in the EU, speech-to-text now stays in the EU.

🆕 Chat search finds what you meant

Find that conversation even when you can’t remember the exact words. Chat search now also shows conversations that match what you meant, not only the words you typed. They appear after your regular results, in both the chat search and the history search. This isn’t available yet in workspaces set to run AI in a specific region, including the EU.
